2015年，陳傳興舉辦攝影個展《未有燭而後至》，兩岸三地的攝影圈、文化圈為之一震。他為人低調，2012年獲法國政府頒發“軍官勳章”時，大家都好奇這人是誰。而更多人知道他，是因為文學紀錄片《他們在島嶼寫作》。60歲後，陳傳興開始整理幾十年來積累的底片，計劃以5個攝影展展出。#攝影 #文化
In 2015, Chen Chuanxing held his solo photography exhibition “Won’t Somebody Bring the Light”. It was a sensational event in the photography and culture arena of entire China. He is consistently so low-profile that his name was strange to people even when he was awarded Ordre des Arts et des Lettres. More people know him from the documentary “The Inspired Island”. After turning 60, he started sorting out his negatives, planning to present them in five exhibitions.
